Tool · 90 in 180
How many days the driver may still stay in Schengen
One calendar per driver. Past, today and a plan. The days are not public: they belong to that driver and their dispatcher.
90 in any 180
The window rolls backward from each day. The entry day and the exit day count. Overlapping stays count once.
Per driver, not public
Each driver has a calendar. The dispatcher sees it in Team and fleet and in the Dispo App. A guest only sees this explanation.
Automatic, then a correction
The mode is on. GPS writes entry and exit. A wrong day is deleted on the calendar. The log says what was automatic and what was manual.
A plan is not a stay yet
Future days do not count in today’s total. The calculator shows how many would be used if the plan happens, and which day first goes over 90.
Where it lives
- Account → Team and fleet, above the map. The dispatcher picks the driver there.
- Driver App → Days. The driver sees their days, GPS and the correction.
- Dispo App → Fleet. The same number, the same plan, the same log.
This is a calculator for the overview. It is not a border decision and it is not legal advice. Schengen Borders Code: third-country nationals (e.g. BA, RS, MK, ME, AL) may stay at most 90 days in any 180-day period. The 180-day window is rolling. Days in Schengen add up; leaving does not wipe older days inside the window. HR/SI are EU. Not legal advice or a border decision.
