1. Product and operator

Berza Utovara is a standardized, automated digital B2B SaaS platform for transport companies, dispatchers and professional drivers. It is available through berzautovara.com and frachtenborse.com, which are two localized entry points to the same account and database. We do not sell consulting, bespoke agency work, physical goods or one-off custom services.

2. Plans

• DISPO-ID: paid company/dispatcher membership. It unlocks load publishing and matching, Dispo AI assisted search and publishing, fleet, map, team and messaging tools. Price: €25 monthly or €250 annually.
• DRIVER-ID: free professional-driver tier. It supports vehicle availability, status, matching, Driver App and contact tools. Price: €0.

Features may evolve as the standardized product improves. The current price and billing period are shown before checkout.

3. Trial, checkout and renewal

Registration does not charge a card. Eligible new DISPO-ID accounts receive the displayed trial or promotional access. A paid upgrade starts only when the user confirms Lemon Squeezy checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. Lemon Squeezy processes payment as merchant of record and provides the transaction document or invoice.

4. Cancellation and access

The subscriber may cancel from the customer portal or contact support. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access remains available through the end of the already paid billing period shown in the account. Expiration then disables paid DISPO-ID functions. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Marketplace role

The platform supplies software and communication tools. It is not a carrier, freight forwarder, broker, insurer or party to transport contracts made between users. Users verify counterparties and remain responsible for pricing, legal documents, cargo, insurance, permits, tax and performance of transport.

6. Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate business/contact details, protect credentials and keep listings truthful and current. Fraud, misleading loads or vehicles, spam, scraping, credential sharing, illegal cargo, harassment and unauthorized access are prohibited. We may limit or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or investigate abuse.

7. Dispo AI

Dispo AI assists with search, filtering, matching and guided publishing. Its output is informational and must be checked by the user before a listing, route or commercial decision is confirmed. It does not replace professional, legal, tax or safety advice.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the digital service available and secure, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for transport arrangements between users, indirect loss, lost profit, cargo damage, route delay or third-party services. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
