How do I open an account?

Sign up → Company / freight or Driver / vehicle. A driver account is not a dispatcher account.

What does a guest see vs an account?

Guests see lane, date and body type. Phone, WhatsApp, chat, plate and address stay locked until login.

What are Loads and Vehicles?

Two markets. The company browses vehicles and posts a load. The driver browses loads and posts a vehicle. Separate tabs.

Is there a geographic limit on lanes?

No. No geographic limit — every lane is OK. The country filter is a search facet, not a market cage.

How do tabs and Follow lane work?

Plus (+) opens a new tab. Follow lane: the bell notifies new listings in that filter.

What is Dispo AI?

You type naturally (“curtainsider from BL to Graz tomorrow”) and the board filters fill. Not a haul deal — faster search.

How do I post a load or a vehicle?

Post button (or Account → Listings). Type the place (OSM), no city dropdown. The map previews the route. Contact channels come from the profile.

How do I take a listing off the map?

Account → Done (agreed) or Remove. History stays; the map no longer shows the listing. Restore puts it back on the board.

How much does the exchange cost?

25 €/month or 250 €/year (12 × 25 € = 300 €, yearly you pay 250 €). DISPO-ID for companies is paid; DRIVER-ID for drivers is free. Card, PDF by email.

Where do I activate the package?

After the trial: Account → Billing. Secure online checkout; receipt after payment. No fee per listing.

How do I install the app?

PWA: Android Chrome → Add to Home screen; iPhone Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. Native Play/App Store when we publish links.

What does the company app vs the driver app do?

Open this website in your phone browser and register or sign in with the same account you use on your computer. The Dispo and Driver interfaces are mobile-friendly. Adding the site to your home screen (PWA) is optional.

How do I report abuse?

On the listing, Report (account required). Or write via Contact / support@berzautovara.com. Do not report demo listings (negative id).

Support button bottom-right. The AI agent explains the board and software. For a human: Contact form or support email.
